Atheists:Do you believe in aliens?

C: I don't know.

We live in a huge universe, a universe in which our planet is just another speck of dust. Have aliens visited? I say no, based on lack of evidence and the frantic attempts by true believers to doctor up anything for their cause.

I would be shocked if there weren't aliens in this galaxy, let alone the universe. You can either take the view that complex life is rare, or that it is common. I like to think that it is common, but as of now we don't have any evidence to back up either view points.

I think that given the size of the universe, and that we can now create artificial life out of inorganic components, it's pretty likely that there are alien life forms somewhere in the universe. I'm curious; why is this is specifically directed to atheists, and why is it in the religion section?

I, personally, do. Not in this solar system, but I refuse to think that this is the only planet that life could live on in the entire universe. It's just a matter of the lifeforms growing and evolving to be able to live on other planets.

I'm a Christian and I believe aliens exist. I guess I'm just a new breed. :P

C, I don't know. I don't see anything physically impossible about it, but thus far we have no evidence upon which to say they exist.
