Zoie is a horribly fugly variant spelling of Zoe.
Why would anyone deliberately subject their child to a lifetime of spelling, explaining and pronouncing?
That's just downright mean and nasty.
Zuri is an African name meaning "beautiful".
It's OK but it looks like you're copying Suri from Tom & Katy Cruise and then trying to be "different".
Zero could be a variant of Zara which appears to be a variant of Zahrah which means "blooming flower"
Zara is fine but Zera is too close to Zero...again, downright mean and nasty.
So, I don't really like any of them. I suggest using Zara instead of Zero (oops, I meant Zera!)

Zuri, Zoie is a confusing spelling imo and Zera is a bit to close to Vera for my tastes.

I prefer Zoe of these three, with that spelling. If you name her Zera (usually spelled Xera), she's going to be called "Zero" by the mean kids at school. And if you name her Zuri, and the mean kids ever hear the music from "Oklahoma", and she has a hairdo with bangs, they will be calling her "Zuri with the fringe on top." That may be reaching a bit, but mean kids can be ever so resourceful.
