Where can I get these tights?

These are a new type of tights, they were being sold at a comp I was at yesterday. They were being called semi-over the boot tights- she only had crystal ones. I have no idea what brand they are but a few competitors were wearing then.my friend loves them because they keep your laces in but they look nicer than otb.

They kind of look like over-the-boots tights with the front part folded under and the back pulled over the heel. I have some Mondor footless tights and they can't be pulled that far down because there's isn't enough stretch at the foot opening. I don't know about other brands though. Maybe if you get them in a bigger size.

They might be OTB tights just pulled over the heel.
