What do I serve with pulled pork?

Potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans. Toast hamburger buns and make pulled pork sandwiches, I like slaw on mine. Beans and potato salad on the side. Sounds like dinner to me. Enjoy!

POT O' BEANS

1 lb blackeye peas

1 med onion, chopped

1/2 lb pork

1 tsp salt

garlic powder as desired

water to cover.

Sort the rocks out of the peas and rinse. Cut the pork into small pieces. Put all in a covered pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for about two hours, being sure the water always covers everything. You won't believe how good this smells!

I usually eat it with coleslaw put it on the side or get a nice hard bun and make a sandwich with the coleslaw on top. PS also when cooking the meat in a crackpot put in two cans of cola instead of water half way up the meat. The cola tenderizes and gives a unique flavor. Enjoy

Manhattans seems to pair well with 'Cue. Also: Bloody Maria, A Spiked Watermelon, Spiked Arnold Palmer (Iced Tea, Lemonade & Vodka,) Old Fashioned, Mint Julep, Texas Tea, Whiskey Sour, Lynchburg Lemonade

Potatoes (cooked or fried) fit better than rice or pasta,salad or maybe green beans (I love them with meat like pulled pork but you can surely have other vegetables if you prefer)

Yeah you can make a sandwich out of it serve with coleslaw. Or you can cut it up ad have rice and some kind of veggie on the side

mix pork with barbecue sauce serve on a bun, have cole slaw and potato salad or baked beans.

You can make it into a sandwich or put it in a soft tortilla and make a taco with it.

Corn, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, stuffed tomatoes, baked potato, mac n cheese, cinnamon apples, corn bread, hush puppies...

A nice asian style slaw, with sweet and sour elements, or a simple homemade BBQ sauce in a toasted sandwhich bun, tasty, and so easy.
