can i take my retainer OUT FOR SCHOOLl?
ive been wearing it religiously 24/7 since july 18th and school started 2 days ago. anyone else take theirs out for the short 7 hours of school and put it in when its over? anyone else with any experience or knowledge if its ok to do? im sure 7 hours of not wearing it wont matter

Wear it like you were told to, probably 24/7 for a year and then at night for the rest of your life. You are told to wear it all the time for a reason. There are loads of people on here that want braces again because they didn't wear their retainer's.
