how to pierce my own navel?

BEFORE YOU ANSWER THIS PLEASE READ:

I CAN NOT GET IT DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE OF MY PARENTS! PLEASE DON'T JUST TELL ME TO GET IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY! I AM SICK OF PEOPLE ANSWERING THESE QUESTIONS LIKE THAT! PLEASE!

Ok, sorry 'bout that, i just don't want stupid answers. I know some things, but i have a few questions. I helped pierce my friends cartilage once by the way.

1. What gauge is best?

2. Where can i get the ring? I live near(ish) a mall and a CVS and a Sally's beauty store.

3. Just in case, is there anything I can use instead of an actual ring intended for a nave piercing? anyway i could make one?

4. Where can i get the clamps? NOTE: I can not buy online! And is there anything I could use instead?

5. I can't get a kit... household item ideas?

6. Any other general tips or videos to help?

Before you just tell me how dumb this is, I am fully aware of all the risks. Please don't waste your time, I am begging you. Thanks to anyone who answers seriously.

    1) Nearly all belly rings come in a 14g, and most piercing artists use a 15g needle, but those can't be bought anywhere near you.

    2) Sally's might have some, but the mall is your best bet. CVS will not have them.

    3) Do not use anything else, it will greatly increase your chances of rejection, but if the mall doesn't have any, then you can use a captive ball or a lip ring as long as it's 14g, though they're visible through clothing. Seriously though, get a belly ring, but do not get a dangling one, not for at least 6 months. It will get snagged on cloths and bedding and it hurts like a ***** and is bad for the piercing.

    4) Check Sally's for the clamps, but you probably won't be able find any there. As a substitute, you could use kitchen tongs or a very thin pair of tweezers. Be sure to thoroughly disinfect everything, before and after.

    5) Go to CVS and find a pack of sewing needles and get the thickest one you can, since you're doing it at home and you can't get a piercing needle to screw into the belly ring, you're going to want a bigger hole to stick the ring through. You'll also need cotton balls, and Q-tips. You'll also want a toothpick to mark off the place you're piercing. To mark off the piercing, you're going to have to go to CVS and buy either Gentian Violet or Betadine Solution. Walgreens has both if you can get to one. You'll also need unscented hand soap and salt for later cleaning, but more on that later.

    6) Make sure you mark off where it's going before you pierce it, then look in a mirror and make sure. Mark the top and bottom. And as far as after care goes, keep up on it! You do NOT want an infection or rejection, and the risk is a lot higher since you're doing it at home. This is a good after care guide: http://www.belly-button-rings-guide.com/belly-butt...

Good luck! Enjoy your belly ring. :)

I had a friend a long time ago that attempted to manage her possess navel piercing. It didn't work very good. My propose is to wait except you are of authorized age to get it achieved, or speak your moms and dads into agreeing to take you. There isn't any must risk it getting infected from an improperly sterilized needle. To not mention that you could be now not get it pierced straight and it won't look proper.
