Can you tilt a HD Television?

I just bought a 24 inch Insignia HDTV yesterday and was wondering if you can tilt HDTVs? It seems to be tilted downward when I'm in front of it using it as my computer monitor.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Update:

I guess I should have added that the HDTV that I bought won't tilt at all unless of course I wall mount it which is not an option.

Of course you can, you can also tilt a lamp shade. Would it be a good idea to tilt an HD television, it all depends on the stand. Usually it's best to keep it at a straight angle because that's how televisions are supposed to be watched. But there are times when restaurants will hang their tvs on the top part of the wall so everyone can watch, so it's not a bad idea. It just depends on how strong your stand can hold your television. LED TVs are much lighter then LCD TVs, just to let you know.

I don't think you can tilt them but if I were you I'd check that the screws connecting the t.v. to the base are screwed in straight and there is nothing wrong with them if the t.v. is connected to a base like I think it may be.. another option is I guess you could get a wall mount because I believe with a wall mount you can tilt the t.v.
