Missing Shutdown Options?

I went to school and connected my laptop to their wireless settings, which disabled my Task Manager and my shut down options, including hibernate, sleep, and shut down. I'm back at home and have signed off of their network, but the shut down options have not come back?

Update:

OS is Win. 7
