Would you want to see a play about Casanova?

I'm working on a play, and just want to see if people would be interested. What would be your first impression, if you heard it was about Casanova? What is the image you have of the man? And moreover, would you be interested in the "real" Casanova? See link: http://www.smithsonianmag.com/travel/Who-Was-Casan...

Update:

How is mine different? My own Casanova would be about a man who LOVED women, as opposed to seducing them. Who enjoyed their company, wrote to to them long after affairs ended, and respected them as intellectual equals. A pioneer, a century before women were, legally, human beings. Who even wrote a proto-feminist pamphlet. A symbol of equality, as a commoner who tried to make himself noble. A gifted, polymathic writer. A gallant, heroic lover of women; who dared to make his own morality, challenging the mores of his day with mores that are closer to our own. How does that sound?

There's already been several films and one truly excellent TV programme about Casanova. The play would have to be different and valid (i.e. worth doing). It's going to be very expensive to stage, for the costumes and make-up alone.
