why my laptop does not boot with some usb stick is already inserted?
The usb stick contains some video and word doc fies, it does not have any booting files.

It may not have any boot files but your system is still looking at it as a boot device. You can choose to either disconnect the USB Device from your machine prior to booting it or you can go into the bios and make certain that USB is not listed in your boot order.
