How to delete unwanted windows update files from update file list before installing?

I set my windows update to manual, that's ms wil download them, but i can choose which update to install. I have receive language updates files that don't want and want to delete. How can i delete. I have only HIDE update option when i right click on them.

    Hey i think there is a check box to select the necessary updates that u want to downlaod !

    Do create a backup and resore point for any problems in future

    Start. Control Panel. Add/Remove programs. view installed updates. pick and delete.
