Walmart help Please!!!?

So my computer got a viruses and I myself thought I could fix it by using Dell datasafe on my pc. It erased everything and everytime I try to turn it on it goes to window boot manager and I can't log in anymore or do anything it just keeps restarting. My aunt bought it online at walmart with a warranty, I was wondering if I could take it to the store and ask them to fix it since my warranty still lasts for a few more months. How to I ask them to fix it? Do I just go up to them? Has anyone deleted there data with Dell datasafe on accident like me? If so hElp me please
