Difference between Supermoto and Enduro bikes?
I know that the SM is more street oriented and the Enduro is more off road oriented, but are there any differences besides the tires? and in some cases the color of the plastics?
IE: a CRF 230M vs a CRF 230L?
Thanks guys. I'm looking to get a street legal bike, and I'm already used to riding a small (mine's a 200) dirt bike, so I figured this would be best since I'm already comfortable with the bike and can focus more on the road. I would like the better road manners of the SM but I'm afraid the small, slick tires would hinder me too much off road. I explore impulsively and I need a bike that's ready for anything.

Like chris sez... Also sometimes motards have smaller wheels, higher gearing. The street version of the Suzuki 400DRZ is a little less powerful.

Besides the differences in tires and graphics there are a few suspension changes and the wheel base is longer on an enduro.
