Anyone else have Xbox LIVE connection issues more info in desc?

So EVERY game I try to play multiplayer on it gives me this message "Your connection to Xbox LIVE has been lost please try again later........ etc. etc." The first time I noticed this was about 3 days ago, I got on MW3 for the first time in like 3 months excited to have some fun. I went to multiplayer and got slapped with the message. At first I thought "Damn! Activision finally caught me for doing the prestige token glitch some 8 months ago!" That wasn't the case obviously as I headed over to Halo Reach (got the message again), so I headed to Battlefield 3(and again the same message). At this point it finally occurred to me my internet or NAT type must be the problem, because my NAT was moderate a few days before I got the message. I then checked my router, opened all the Xbox LIVE needed ports, and tried again buuuuuuuut no luck.

Now I'm really frustrated, and I REALLY just want to get my game on! I just wanted to know if anyone else is having the same issue, thanks for your time I know it was a long read!

Also I dont want you to tell me it's my internet I fixed all previous errors with my NAT type I now have an Open NAT, and if you need any extra info. my EMAIL ADDRESS is mark.bale@ymail.com, no spam plox ;P

Update:

I may have to call my ISP or Xbox support.

Update 2:

I WILL NOT CHOOSE A BEST ANSWER!!! I am glad everyone helped me I will let the community decide who deserves the points :P I figured the problem something was up with my account maybe it had something to do with Xbox LIVE info corruption. Anyways I solved the problem by redownloading my account.

unplug your router for 10 seconds and replug it in, make sure you clear you internet connectings from your xbox to default and then restart it. If you continue to have problems contact xbox support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX or call your internet provider and tell then the issues you are having.

Does it thoroughly log you out of XBL or basically kick you from a activity? there's a great distinction. while i might get kicked from stay i might try my connection and it would state a topic then I had to reset my router/modem. If I basically get kicked from video games consistently it extremely is because of the fact of a screwy server. XBL has been flooded because of the fact the holiday trips while all people have been given their new 360's.

It could be a problem with you ISP or your signal if you are playing wireless
