how do you get a high grade at adsc (british army)?
i read it is just pass/fail for the run and strength tests so the grades are given for the remaining tests correct?

Not just the tests, but EVERYTHING you do there from the moment you're picked up from the train station. How polite you are, how well you get on with others, etc etc etc.
