Is this a good comp for gaming?

Would this be a good computer for gaming? (Like League of Legends and etc)

    Pros: For a cheap machine it has an A-8 processor with a Radeon 6550D core, so it can do some entry level gaming, at reduced resolution and quality settings

    Cons: Its power supply is weak and can't support a newer video card, so upgradeability is poor.

    It scores a "meh" on the computer rating scale. Entry level gaming processor/graphics. But it's not bad for it's price.
