Is this the Transmission or could if be something.. Less expensive..?
So the car (2006 Dodge Magnum SE) doesn't move when I put it on Drive or Reverse.. It revs up but it doesn't move. I turned it off and back on and it moved again but only lasted a couple of seconds and then it wouldn't move again.. Any help?
I also put transmission fluid and still nothing...

transmission won't move then internal problem. computer problems do not stop a transmission from not moving. possible the car has a mercedes transmission depends on what engine is in the car. find shop at ATRA.COM for more help

Sorry to hear you are having a concern with a 2006 Dodge Magnum.
I checked for Technical Service Bulletins but could not find anything related to the transmission not engaging as you described. You may want to consider having the vehicle diagnosed by your local authorized Dodge Service Department or a trusted mechanic.

Sounds like a problem with the transmission control module dodges are known for that part failing

If it moved after turning it off and back on then it's yr transmission, car is not that old to have a messed up tranny that bad

you have a mercedese trans in that car. take it in to the dealer.
