So what are the chances of getting accepted with an SAT score of 2250 and 700+ on the Physics SAT Subject Test?

Update:

Karen there is nobody in a class of 900 students, with a 3.95 unweighted GPA. The highest is about 3.75.

    It's okay, your subject tests could have been higher though. Most kids who got into Berkely were in the 790-800 range :)

    Johns Hopkins - no chance - you would need a minimum 3.95 unweighted gpa and a 2100 SAT (Math, Critical thinking, Writing)

    Carnegie Mellon - currently, with your low gpa, you have about a 4% chance of getting in. You would need a 3.6 unweighted to increase your chances of acceptance

    University of Texas - Austin - No Problem getting in - A 3.4 unweighted GPA will give you about a 60% chance of acceptance. Anything above an 1800 SAT and all of your EC’s will assure it.
