I am having the same problem reported by Thomas in another question. IE7 keeps shutting down Yahoo mail.?
This is been happening for just about a week or so. Sometimes I can read a message before it happens, but it happens eventually every time I go to the mail page. This does not happen on any other site or on any other Yahoo page. Just the mail page. It is very frustrating and I hope Yahoo can figure out what is happening. Obviously, I am not the only one having this problem.

I think the problem is Internet Explorer itself not Yahoo Mail.Internet Explorer often
freezes up,doesn't respond or it even says that it's not working and has to close
down. This from my own experience. You could try updating the adobe flash player,
but if that doesn't work the problem is the browser itself.
Instead try another web browser that is more stable, faster and able to work better,
such as Firefox,Chrome,Safari or Opera. Also clear the browsing history
by pressing Ctrl,Shift & Delete together on the keyboard. This works for Internet
Explorer,Firefox and Chrome. This helps to free up more memory in these browsers
so they run better.
You can also Access Yahoo mail on your mobile phone if you have one.
It's a fast, reliable and efficient way to using yahoo mail.
Data needs to be in the phone otherwise it will use the credit in the phone contract or
prepaid plan.More information from the site here :
Hope that helps you,Tidus
