Do you think movies and tv shows that are not likely to be released on dvd should be available legally online?

There was a service a few years ago where studios would burn on demand tv shows, but since technology has moved on a bit further do you think some shows should be made available online? I remember a lot of shows I watched as a child that I'd like to see again, not a lot of episodes are available online since domestic digital recording from tv was unheard of in the 90s, I know Netflix has some but I would think Disney and Nickelodeon could make a lot of money having shows like Doug and Recess on their website where you could click a button and pay to own the entire series forever.

I think they should burn them on demand. Amazon.com offers this service for several movies and I love it. I wish they would offer this service for all movies!! Basically, I think they should expand this service.
