So hungry and sick at the same time:( advice?
Im 7weeks 4days. im so hungry all the time! My stomach feels constantly empty even when i do manage to eat. thats not the big problem...im soooo nauseous. i only puke a couple times a day tho. so im sick and food all looks so awful! Opening the fridge gets my nausea going:/ and at the same time in hungry. i feel like crap i want to eat so bad:( i eat saltines and fruit pops and cqn usually manage a medium to small sized meal later in the day. what can i do to get more food in me? Absolutely nothing sounds good except water(i crave water and drink about six 20oz bottles a day) i gag down everything else and its a miserable thing to do:( any suggestions are welcome. its exhausting. and yes ive tried ginger and a lot of other suggestions in my books and online. just looking for something out of the ordinary. aaand even when im not nauseous(not often tho) food still looks like crap.

Dont worry about a balanced diet, just keep eating fruit pops or whatever you can stand. Anything is better than nothing. You'll feel less sick on a full stomach. Keep drinking water, as you are, to replace what you loose being sick.
Take a pregnancy vitamin to make sure you get your folic acid and vitamin D.
You're already 7 weeks, so half way to when things suddenly get better. Not long.

I have a 12 week old and identical difficulty with the stools. Everything i've learn says it's adequate on the stools so long as it's soft when passing. If difficult he is constipated. The pedialite is obviously causing the darker stool on account that when his have been like that it used to be after I gave him pedialite. A formula allergic reaction can intent the hurt cry with the colicly signs. One sure strategy to tell is gross i know but a red ring around the rectum that doesn't go away with ointment. It's your decision to check out just a little bit of the gasoline comfort drops. They appear to help out loads! You may as well wish to develop his formula intake via just a bit if he's still performing hugry after consuming a normal meal.
