ok so in some movies theres the so called pureblood vampires or born a vampire right? but they are all in their 20's looks wise. if you are immortal and never grow old how can they be adults if they were born immortal babies that never grow old?

Their appearance probably stays the same once they fully mature at let's say, 18 or 21.
