How to release angry in a safe way?

For years I have been a passive and well tempered boy, despite irking circumstance with an emotionally exhausting step father and his influence on my family and myself. He had an anger problem, but I myself am more passive agressive, so I have never raised my voice to him nor any other or have gotten physical.

I live with my biological father now, just him and I, and for the several years of being a steaming teapot I feel I am about to explode. I am giving my hardest in school to achieve as close to a 4.0 as possible so I can get into a good college, so this is the only true stress I have now.

My fathers habits really are the things that are causing me to explode: how he doesn't close the door to his room when he showers, the door when he pees, or even closes a door all the way at all (so just the edge of the door touches the doorframe), how opens his eyes, quite stupidly wide, when he asks an ambiguous question.

Yes I know these are very, very minuscule things, and there are many others. But I honestly feel like breaking down an entire wall when he does anything of his sort. Do you have any good suggestions on how I can release my anger, perhaps aggressively but safely? I feel I can only last a few days until my basement will look like 9/11.

    Please take all precautionary measures. Haste makes waste. A stitch in time saves nine. So try to release it slow and steadily in a gradual manner. Adopt step-by-step method. I think it is not difficult for you to get back your original mental state, if you put some strenuous and earnest efforts.

    Give anger a higher orientation. Anger should not be used for selfish fulfillment. It should be used for universal good to maintain, law and order, strict discipline and social balance.

    In fact anger is just like a weapon. It is a weapon like knife. A weapon can be used for positive and negative purposes. Knife can be used to harm or inflict injuries. At the same time, knife can also be used for positive purposes in life, like a surgeon cutting the body with the real intention of curing the patient. We also use knife for cutting fruits or vegetables. So knife is knife. It has its own qualities. Anger basically should not be used against our interests. We should not get angry at the cost of our health. It has to be given higher or richer orientation. It should not weaken our moral standards.

    You will feel so damn horrible when your dad is a dead man, burried deep into the ground, if you keep hating him and getting so pissed because of THE WAY HE IS... come on now, you started living with him randomly...He isnt going to change everything he does for you.. these arent even things that really interfere with you at all. I mean if you see him taking a dump and **** go and close the door every single time he leaves it open and he will catch the drift!!

    But idk how intellegent you are but if you really want to be at peace, read the words of buddha, not ina religious way, you dont have to praise him- doesnt matter if your christian, I am and you can still read whatever you want. Buddhas words really have a calming effect to them and he (step by step) teaches people how to become a better person and a peaceful, happy person. He isnt forcing you to become buddhist at all, it doesnt even seem religious because his words apply to every day people.

    But if you dont feel like reading then I would seriously seriously suggest smoking some weed- I know your a straight A student- but so am I. To calm down and relax, along with thinking about things that really matter (nnot stupid **** like how big your dads eyes open and ****) You should smoke some weed.

    If you dont read, or smoke( or eat weed brownies) you will never be at peace my friend

    The puppy is simply doing what puppies do, biting, mouthing and playing. Rabies is a virus infection and certainly has nothing to do with the dog being angry so its very doubtful that it has rabies or that you were infected. Regardless of the cost for rabies shots you must have this done when your pup is 6 - 8 months old. When a dog gets rabies, it only lives for a very short time and the symptoms are very obvious, slobbering, having seizures and unable to drink water but are very thirsty.

  • U need to go to anger manegment if ur getting mad this easily. Oh well just talk to ur father about the things he does and wen u want to release anger just punch the living crap out of ur pillow

    If you write/type what you feel and read it you may find feelings you dont want and have to find out how to make things different.. If you have time to be mad you have time to be bored so do something positive that will make things better like cleaning or like punching the air
