I'm getting a pro cut game used jersey. I don't want it too tight but I don't want it loose. Im 5 foot 7inches, 145 lbs, no fat. Should I get a 42 or a 44.

I think 42 would fit normal on you like a T-Shirt. 44 If you want it to be longer and not tight at all.
