Losing motivation to study engineering?
I'm in my sophomore year now,
I think I'm just burning out, I took all 3 calcs last year, the physics, chem and some intro engineering courses, i also took summer classes (more math and C++) on top of working 35hr/week. I just feel i never really got a break and im back at doing more math and physics >.<.
I was fine until the last few weeks, im losing my motivation, any advice?
maybe i should clarify, i can handle the academics it's not too difficult as long as i keep applying myself, im just finding the material VERY boring making it a bit more difficult to want to study.

Engineering is a very rigorous but rewarding field. The fact that you're only a sophomore and you're already burned out is not a good sign, but that doesn't mean you can't turn yourself around. If you're passionate about it, it will be okay. But if you only choose it because it's a high paying field, you'll never make it the next two years.

Do not work while studying for an Engineering degree.
If you do work, limit it to 12~16hr/wk.

O.m.g. losing motovation. thats to bad. just wait it then progresses to not having any motovation to live life and you will find yourself starring mindlessly at some repeated movie thatr aired for the 100th time and asking yourself do i really need to wipe my butt after pooping. no one would ever know and no body would care.
