Have I just got a cold?

Since Wednesday I felt really cold and my throat was killing. Days before this I had been feeling really tired and getting chest pains in my left side.

I drank a lemsip max on the Wednesday night and the next morning I felt worse. My nose is SO blocked, all my sinuses feel blocked, and no matter how much I blow my nose, I still can't breathe! I am constantly sneezing, and when I blow my nose I get the worst headache in between the brow.

My symptoms are: feeling cold, headache, sore throat (which has eased off), very tender neck glands, lethargic feeling, blocked/runny nose, tiredness, rusty breathing, a little dizziness, feeling quite warm to touch, tickly mouth, sneezing a lot, and last night during the night, I kept waking feeling my throat was drying out and I could barely breathe... I had frequent drinks to try and lessen the dryness but nothing worked. I woke up this morning nearly being sick because of the dryness in my throat!

Is this just a common cold or do you believe it to be worse?
