Does anyone have any motivational tips?

I started the Ideal Protein diet about 1 ¹/² months ago. I've lost almost 30 lbs. I have almost 50 more to go. I am losing motivation quickly. I am getting sick of having such little variety (most the packets I find gross). The huge veggie demand can be tiring, frustrating and bland.

    The motivation to lose weight should be that how much better you will look once you lose 50 more pounds!

    Your motivation should be that you will feel much healthier...

    Also, do yoga..as that will help in aspiring and motivating you!
