I'm thinking about switching barns?

Well I ride at a really good placee but I feel like I'm not learning anything new. I have learned lots but now its just repeating itself. I wan't to go try a new place that seems really fun and they do lots of showing witch is something I want to do. Also my friend that rides at my current barn is getting really competitive with me and riding is loosing its fun. I'm afraid that the insrtuctor there will tell me instructor now and she will be mad at me. Should I stay or go?

Instead of moving, ask yourself why you're not learning anything new and what you can do to change that. There are plenty of books and videos that can give you a ton of ideas for learning new things. If you want to show, you'd better get used to the "really competitive" folks, that's all you're going to be around. Maybe staying at your current barn and learning to handle your competitive friend will teach you valuable lessons that will come in handy when you show.
