What To Eat If You're On A Diet?
I recently started working out, and I am determined and motivated for a flat stomach.
What are foods that I should eat? What should I stay away from?
It's 7:30 PM over here, so what kind of dinner should I have right now? And what kind of breakfast should I eat tomorrow?
Keep in mind that I am only 14, so I can't exactly cook anything. Thank you in advance!

Salad, vegetables, fruits, smoothies, chicken, anything that looks healthy! Stay away from fried food, fast food restaurants, soda, sweets. Make a strawberry-banana smoothie for breakfast, or egg-whites! Very low in calories and easy to make.

Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Protein shake or an omelet with some veggies.
Diner: Veggies (any kind will do, NO FRUIT [natural sugars] and you can eat meat, especially chicken is good.
You can eat eggs, veggies and meat.
Only drink water, stay away from so called 'sports drinks' they are full of sugar. No smoothies (again natural sugars)
Don't eat bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. No fat food. No sugar. Just Protein.
If you want even better results: JOG at least 3 x a week.
If you can stick strictly to this, you will lose weight drasticly the first week.
I started last sunday with it again and already lost 4 KG.
You can too, but you really have to stick to the diet, and you really have to want it. Only weigh yourself once a week and don't think: Wow, i already lost 4 pounds, i can take it easy now. DONT youll gain weight instantly.
