How to make a Arizona Arnold Palmer (Half Iced Tea and Half Lemonade)?
Just got into drinking this stuff and I figured that I could make it myself cheaper. I tried it several ways and it does not taste the same. Anyone know a good way of making it? Such as brand of lemonade and tea or added sugar? How much of it? Thanks

First of all the stuff you buy in a can(or jug)is packed with sugar and probably additional flavouring(natural and artificial).Start by making really good fresh squeezed lemonade however sweet or tart you like then make iced tea however sweet you like.Mix them up and voila.

Alas, it is not a healthful drink for a diabetic. Lemonade and candy tea include quite a few sugar for you to spike your blood sugar. I'm no longer sure how you react to eating regimen coke blood sugar shrewd (fake sugars have been shown to cause the production of leptin which is able to additionally elevate your blood sugar) but regarding diabetes it's going to be higher for you. If you're involved about the carbonation (the binding of calcium with phosphoric acid) try sugar free tea. I in my opinion like seltzer water and Mio to duplicate soda without the sugar and phosphoric acid.
