Exercising! Doing daly chores, walking everywhere( get off a stop early on a bus).
Eat healthily!
Try joining a slimming club? Slimming World works well, you an plan meals and work out costs of ingredients.
Running, jogging, swimming and Zumba are fun easy ways to slim down.
Maybe an hour or two on just dance?

there has been quote,"walking is easiest sport for human."
i found out when i had to walk 10 minutes every morning to my office, my weight went down a lot. i had been doing it less than a year. So easiest thing is to walk a lot, reduce using cars or transportation. It can save your money and improved health too.
second is, stay away from fast food. start eating healthy food. mixed of well cooked veggies meats n fishes. try sushi too sometimes. they r delicious but wont hurt health. try dimsum, bowl pan of seafood in water cooked in korea style. good to stuff belly, full of nutrition. less contains fat.
try not to eat lot of bread or fat, but eat a lot of healthy food (steamboat, sushi etc). to fill your tummy.
eat fruits too. drink much water. pretty simple....
