It's a ransomware infection. Everything it says is a lie.

    Try this:

Firstly, boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.

Now open your browser and download TDSSKiller.exe from Kaspersky Lab. It's tiny, and takes just a minute to run. It hunts down and kills a specific family of rootkits.

    http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208280684

    Regardless of the results…

    Download this package.

When you click on the download button, wait for a few seconds and the download box will appear, without you having to enter your name or email address.

Save it to your desktop, unzip it...click on start.exe...then click on Emergency Kit Scanner. Wait for it to open (this may take a couple of minutes), then get updates and run a Deep Scan (the scan may take a while):

    http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/

If that fails to remove the infection, or your Safe Mode options are disabled...

There are simpler fixes for SOME of the ransomware infections, but this should work with all forms of ransomware...even those that disable all Safe Mode options, plus Regedit and Task Manager, etc....

Use a working computer to download and burn the Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 .ISO file. Burn the file to a CD or DVD or flash drive, then use it to boot your infected computer. Once at the desktop, use the WindowsUnlocker feature.

This link is for the download of Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10. It's primarily designed to boot and disinfect computers that have been rendered unbootable due to an infection, but it's fine to use it on an uninfected machine. The .ISO file is 262MB in size, and it's easier to burn it to a CD or DVD than a flash drive, but the link does includes instructions on how to burn the file to a flash drive (USB device):

    http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk

If you don't have burning software installed on the working computer, download and install Ashampoo Burning Studio 6. It's free, and I recommend it...I use it myself:

    https://www.ashampoo.com/uk/gbp/pin/0710/0-Offline...

Start up Ashampoo and select Create/Burn Disc Images...then select Burn a CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc from a Disc Image.

Burn the CD or DVD, and use it to boot your faulty computer. You may need to enter your BIOS (Setup), and change the boot sequence to boot from CD first, but this isn't always necessary.

As already stated...once the CD or DVD or flash drive has got you to a desktop, select the WindowsUnlocker feature. Once your computer is unlocked, scan it with your currently installed security product, or download a free one.

It should be noted that although certain ransomware pretends to encrypt some files, at least one example (West Yorkshire Police) actually does encrypt some files. In this case, you should use a decryptor utility supplied by Kaspersky Lab.

This video shows how to remove the West Yorkshire Police ransomware:

This link leads to the RannohDecryptor utility, from Kaspersky Lab:

This WindowsUnlocker explanation and video link should also prove useful:

    Hope this helps.

Congrats, you just bought one of the crucial hazardous viruses ever identified in historical past. This virus is a ransomware wherein a fake message pops up where it tells you, you probably did these crimes. They will ask you to pay one hundred euro so your screen will also be "unlocked." although the message could be reasonably lengthy, i'll promise you, once you read this, you'll fully do away with the virus and be virus free. :) What you first ought to do, is to restart your pc. As soon as that's in a position, you ought to wait on the proper moment. You could discover with the aid of pressing F8 time and again right before it shows the windows/apple emblem on the reveal. What you wish to have to do subsequent is: they may show you a menu showing which mode you wish to have to move on, or if you wish to do approach restore. Don't DO process restoration!!! As a way to DELETE all your records AND it's horrible!!! I motivate YOU to not PRESS THAT BUTTON!!! Choose trustworthy mode on your computer. Once you get there, it must show a laptop with an unfamiliar wallpaper display. Press and preserve windows key+R. Here, kind within the box, MSCONFIG. On the record on the left, they will exhibit you a set of predominant databases. First, you want to head to your directory pressure. Then if you get there, there will probably be a file that claims records and Settings. Click on the file. There will likely be a number of extra records whenever you open it, click on on the file that indicates your person name. Click on on that file. Then, go to application information. While you get there, click on gizza, but whatever variation your utilising, it may be exclusive. Nevertheless it may be the primary file, and they can each be the same. However, if it isn't, preserve on browsing to look if it can be there. That you may verify that by way of looking within the file, and checking to see if it has ip.Txt and %bmp. Let's get to the point. When you get there, leave the file, and delete the "gizza" file or anything it's named. Go back once more. If you left, go to regional Settings. Then you'll be able to go to the Temp file. Whenever you get there, you could files which have random numbers and textual content then.Tmp because the identify. You'll be able to have to delete each single one of those documents. After getting performed that, you might want to go to the records and Settings file once more. You can take a shortcut by using looking on the list in your left, and clicking records and Settings. If you have long gone there, click on the All customers file. Then, go to regional Settings, then Temp, and you'll see a file that claims msdubm.Exe. Once more, the file title can change when you consider that of the variation you are utilising. Nevertheless, when you get there, delete that file. That is the virus that is inflicting the entire commotion. Go to autoruns.. If you get there, there can also be some things in which it may be really complicated. Some of these may also be very primary records. Seem at the description of the file. I are not able to let you know the file when you consider that there are quite a few ransomware that's much like the one you're dealing with. As soon as that it's the virus, delete it. Watch out! If you DELETE THE flawed FILE, YOU would finish YOUR pc'S existence AS WE realize it! Now, there may even be a file. It'll say 21867. Delete that file. You have got effectually deleted the domain records. I'll explain extra. As soon as you've gotten deleted these documents, exit the window. Then, restart. It will probably crash commonly however that is a just right signal. As soon as you might have carried out that, it might either liberate you again to your usual home windows consumer, or it might probably crash and inform you that the laptop didn't restart successfully. Go to windows quite often and press that. You might've deleted the area documents for the virus, however you didn't cast off all of it yet. ***I suggest MALWAREBYTES AND HITMANPRO FOR THIS STEP once you've got downloaded the advocated anti-malware application. Go to every of these and do a full scan. When they've detected the other secret files, your computer is nontoxic now. You can need to do one more reboot. As soon as you've completed that, the virus is effectively gone!! HURRAY!! The excellent answer proven on right here isn't relatively exact and specified so I confirmed a more designated message right here. Hope this helped you :)
