iPhone 5 as a gift for girlfriend?
So my girlfriend has had the same old blackberry for a little over two years now and she always complains about it not working properly etc.
So I was thinking if I should get her the iPhone 5.
Problem is I'm not sure if this is a good idea since she's always on her phone I get the feeling she might be too attached to that phone since she's so used to it
So I would like to know what u guys think should I go for it anyway?
I don't want to ask her what she thinks cuz I want to surprise her
Also I got the black one, should I get her the same as matching pair or should I go for white as something diffirent?
Billing is not an issue... I pay her bill and her number is in my name so getting a SIM card wouldn't be a issue either.

If see complains, I think it would be a very nice surprise to get her that. I don't think she could NOT want it. In fact, since its a gift from you, it makes it even more special. As for color, most girls tend to go towards white because its more feminine. Unless she likes to match. But I think white would be better so then you don't accidentally grab the wrong phone or something.

It is always a bad idea to pay for a GF's cell phone and cell plan unless you are planning on marrying this girl soon. I suggest you don't get her a new phone or plan that you might be stuck in or have to cancel and pay a huge penalty fee. Or I suggest simply upgrading her to a new blackberry, if she's used to it and likes it. OR get her the Iphone4S but not the newest iphone5. You can get a much better deal on the iphone4S I bet than getting the newest model out there.
