Is 175$ a week reasonsble to baby sit two kids?

I don't knw the person so does that sound like a fare price.

    $175 divided by 40 hours (or more if you're actually watching the kids from the time mom leaves for work until after she gets home) is right around $4/hour. That's well below the minimum wage.

    If you can't find anything better paying and really need the money .. it's reasonable. But if you can do better, you can probably do better.

    Call around the area to other sitters and see their prices. Where I live, the going rate is $15 per day per kid or $25 per day for 2 kids.

    It would all depend on how long the hours were each day, the circumstances you were working under, whether or not you were given other privledges,
