is drinking milk bad for you?

i might be addicted to milk is that bad? basically everyday i drink during breakfast,lunch, and dinner and occassionally ill drink some after i exercise or do sports :/ is that much? btw im 14

    Milk is good to drink. Don't worry about it. Drink as much as you want. It has calcium among other vitamins and builds strong bones. Just look at the carton on the vitamins and minerals it has. But, it is much better to drink organic milk. I do. Organic milk does not have hormones or antibiotics in it that comes from cow's that they feed those to. Added hormones can have an adverse effect on your body

    I drink milk but don't want to drink hormones and antibiotics. I either buy Horizon Organic milk or some stores have other brands of organic milk that may be cheaper. Next time you go to the store look at the milk case and see what organic milk brands they have. Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but worth it for your health's sake. I drink the organic fat-free milk. It tastes better I think.. It is not that much more expensive.

    milk is a whole food and very good for you ( i am also addicted, and used to drink about 2 ltrs a day) but up until recently didn't check how many kilojoules/calories were in it. roughly 500 kilojoules in 250ml (1 small cup), .I have strugled with my weight for many years and this is the reason, so just as long as you factor this into your diet everything will be hunky dory! =]

    No milk is very healthy, in fact drinking it everyday is a very good thing. Everyone should.

    Also my niece has been drinking milk since she was born and thats the only thing she drinks.

    strong bones, excellent eye sight, and perfect teeth :).

    That's not bad at all! Milk strengthens your bones. Your have a lower chance of breaking bones if you drink milk

    NO NO NO!!!! Keep drinking low fat milk and some fiber and no n!ggas will size you up when your like 18.
