What would you do if you were me? I know I can't live with this pain but?

So I have a problem. I have a tooth in the front, not my front teeth but beside them that has a cavity & needs pulled. I told my dentist I would think about it. I DO NOT want to have it pulled. I'm not approved under my mom's insurance for a fake tooth or anything, so I would just have a missing tooth in the front. The pain is killing me, literally I almost passed out today from it. I know it's dumb to stay in pain for cosmetic reasons, but I just really don't want to have a missing front tooth. I needed to vent. Any advice? ):

You could leave it....and itll rot out on its own which will look so much worse than having a clean empty gap. Also, leaving it risks it "infecting" the teeth and gums around it which wont look too good either. In the end its really up to you what you choose to do. Personally, Id just have it pulled and save up for a fake, maybe try to get a payment plan.

You need to pull it out asap.

It can spread to other teeth and can get worse.

You'll find out a way what to do about your missing tooth

later. For now take it out.

For temporary pain relief, go to your chemist or drugstore and buy Oil of Cloves. It's an anaesthetic you dab on with a cotton bud. Paracetamol also helps.

How about root canal? This will save the tooth.
