Well this is a very general question. And theres only two real answers for it (assuming were talking about married people).
1) Because it feels good and makes a marriage healthy
2) To be procreative and reproduce
That's about it. Its either for pleasure, or for babies.

Because its ******* AMAZING!! It's feels like out of this world, it really connects us, so the benefits extend outside the bedroom. It honestly just makes us both very happy. And who knows maybe later we'll do it to reproduce.

Why wouldnt couples have sex? I guess because it feels good, and makes you feel closer to your significant other.
