Should I make this Fantasy Trade?

I get:

WR: Miles Austin (Dal)

WR: Anquan Boldin (Bal)

RB: Doug Martin (TB)

He gets

RB: Mikel Leshoure (Det)

We both targeted Leshoure, and I got him since I was higher on the waiver wire.

Should I trade or keep?
