Is there a place to look up ALL of an actors' work?
IMDb usually lists only TV and Movie work. I'd like to find a place that lists theater and commercial work as well. I recently found out that an actor I admire has directed 3 plays, none of which are showing in IMDB or Wikipedia.

Nope, Imdb or imdb pro is it. Commercials are never listed, nor plays. Well actually with plays, if you know the various regional theatre company houses around the country you can search for websites to see what their play schedules and cast rosters are for whatever season they are in.
In terms of commercials there's a real reason that actors would resist having this listed if there even were a place to do so and that is because of conflicts. Basically if you did a Sprint commercial a year ago but the hold has been released and you are now eligible in the telecom market again, you don't want any residual bias against you in an AT&T or Verizon commercial.

Have you tried the actor's webpage? Many actors now have their own webpage and they might list all their credits there.
