Already all the political parties are united now, but the only difference they are fighting for is the proportionate share they can get out of such public development project funds and the benefits derived out of such projects.

This will be most ideal situation, but can happen only in dreams. Political parties are famous for fighting each oher, in the name of public interest, resulting in non development.
