    Lets say the original stock was £100.

    Increasing by 45.7% gives us the new value of £145.7 (100 x 1.457)

    Then decrease by 45.7% gives us £79.1151 (145.7 - (145.7 x 0.457))

    so the decrease in percentage is 100 - 79.1151

    = 20.88%

    let the price be 100

    than ist month apreciation 45.7

    now price becomes 145.7 n in this month depriciate by 45.7%

    thta is 145.70* 45.7%=66.5849

    145.7-66.59 =79.11

    stock depriciate by 20.89%
