but the Ishtar holiday and the Ishtar bunny are from ancient pagan holidays

added to make pagans happy to join Christians

under the flimsy disguise of the passover

they changed the name to "Easter" so it would not be so obvious

so now we collect Ishtar eggs on the passover and call it Easter ROFLMAO

He hasn't sent fire and brimstone to the north pole, nor committed bunny genocide.

I believe in a God who put his stamp of approval on the earth, saying 'it is good'...and I do not believe that God rescinded that statement at any time. Mainstream Christians and fundies are the ones who think God has a bug up his ****.

Maybe not approve, but I don't think people will be lost over it. I think it's a personal thing, if you don't feel right about it: you don't have to participate.
