I need to gain weight?

I am a male age 15 only 104 pounds, I play 1 hour of basketball and eat fast food like 5 times per week nothing happen?, Sometimes I life weight but still don't work?

    -Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.

    -Increase the caloric value of your meals.

    -Avoid skipping meals.

    -Eat every 2 to 3 hours. Moreover, start eating 15 minutes after you wake up and make sure you are not just eating a bowl of cornflakes.

    -Have a big breakfast. Eat paranthas with yoghurt, fruits, a glass of milk or even a big cheese and egg sandwich. However, in this eating frenzy, don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated. Drink water too!
