Cheap baby gift for mom of (now) 3?

I'm about to meet a friends new baby! This is their third and last girl. We're both students on a budget so I'm sure she doesn't expect much. I'm bringing a few freezer meals, but I'm not sure what a new mom would REALLY need. Obviously she has a ton of clothes, toys and gear.

I was thinking maybe some hand sanitizer and a nice lotion, with all the hand washing new parents do? I'm 21 with no kids; suggestions from parents much appreciated!

Update:

Forgot to add, I want it to be practical, since we're both students and I'm sure they're budgeting hard.

    You can buy useful things like baby wipes, olive oil, diapers, if she's formula feeding maybe a tub of that formula she buys? Sleeping bag, nail cutter, johnsons baby top to toe wash.

    I don't have children. SORRY, hehe... But I think you should get her Diapers. You can alway's use an ENDLESS amount of Diapers. My boyfriends best friend had a baby recently and after the baby shower he told us he wished he could have gotten more diapers because they are expensive and babies grow out of there clothes quickly.

    DIAPERS!!!! You can buy a pack of pampers for like $10 or make her a basket of relaxing stuff from bath and body works.
