what is the short cut to close a window or 'x' out such as pictures, video, music folder ect?

    Alt+F4 will close any program.

    Or if your just on the Desktop it will bring up the Shut Down panel.

    Most people have now got muti functional keyboards like I have

    and I just press a button on it to close any program.

    you have to hold "ctrl" and "space" and click "x" on your keyboard .
