Why Does Matt Slick Persecute Catholics?
In his CARM discussion board:
-he starts threads challenging Catholics to correct his material, and when Catholics refute him, he deletes the thread
-he imposes strict rules just on Catholics that nobody else is expected to keep, including himself.
-Catholics are banned from the forum on trumped up rule violations
-posts get deleted when his arguments get demolished
-anyone can bash Catholicism with the most vile hate speech, but if you identify it as hate speech, you get a rule infraction, and your post gets deleted.
-Diane, the Vice President, said, quote: "Mary was just an incubator and nothing more".
If you post in CARM, GET OUT.

Yes of course he does. That is one of the goals of CARM. The forum definitely has a different set of rules for Catholics posting there and banning is the goal for all knowledgeable Catholics posting there.
I have personally debated Matt Slick and I have found him ignorant of biblical teaching and of Catholic teaching and practice. I have refuted many of Matt Slicks writings on my blog here:

It is really not very difficult to reveal the ignorance and prejudice that the CARM group has against Catholics.

He believes he's better than everyone else. And somehow believes catholics are satan. He never got enough hugs from his mommy so he cries when someone PWNS his @ss. He's useless and a waste of complete space. If your ever on his form tell his the catholic church is the biggest branch of christianity in the world so it must be doing something right. And say ''oh don't be jealous, remember its a sin!'

He doesn t persecute, he is trying to show them how far they are from Biblical truth and being in Christ, rather than a church. Jesus never said we need to be in a Roman church, but in Him, born again. Matt is trying to get you to see that. How is wanting someone saved persecuting them?
