Please help..8 weeks pregnant and worried:,(?

Hi everyone. im 8 weeks pregnant tomorrow with number one, and since i got a positive test at 4w4d, the quality of my sleep has deteriorated deastically. i understand that changes in sleep are normal but i feel as though the way i feel every time i wake up is not right. Abytime i wake up, be it from a nap, middle of the night to pee, or (especially) in the mornings i feel...sickly. not morning sickness type of sick but actually sickly. i feel like crap! Like i have an illness or a body cold:( i feel funny as well (its a terrible mixture) like as if im a bag of water that just sits around all night settling and when i wake up, no matter how slow i get up, its as if a that 'water' is shifting and draining through out my whole upper body. its a terrible feeling!! Is this normal? If so, what to do to feel better when i wake up?:( if not then what the heck is going on??!

Update:

YES Dayvon! Thats the perfect word! I definately feel "sloshy" :(

Update 2:

I actually dread getting out of bed! The feeling is so terrible. its not nausea, i feel wrong! I feel bad when i wake up at all but getting up and out of bed is torture!! :'(

Yeah it's normal... A common misconception of "morning sickness" is that it's only in the morning and only vomitting for a few weeks... Well that is a bunch of bull!!!!

It can vary and some woman get lucky but for me and other pregnant woman I have known all say it was like having the full blown flu for months!!! Body aches, feeling horrible, nausea, decreased or no appetite, trouble sleeping but so exhausted, vomitting multiple times throughout the day...

It does pass but yes it's normal to feel the way you do..

Its normal. Stay calm. The sickly feeling is morning sickness. Best way. I've found to help with that is to keep crackers by the bed and if I wake up kinda munch on one or two. Everytime my stomach gets empty I get sick so try to keep something small for a snack close at all times. as for the water thing.... if its kinda a sloshy feeling you may be retaining water. Best way to check is to push the skin on your leg. If it pops back like it was your ok but if it stays indented then your retaining water
