What is the best cell phone carrier for a smartphone plan?
I want a iphone 4 but I don't really want a plan thats more then $60 a month but I want unlimited talk/text/web and maybe 2gigs of data. Metro pcs would be the carrier of choice if they had a iphone to choose.

You are either going to have to get the Iphone 5 and pay $120 per month and up.
Or You are going to pay $60 and use a different phone.
If you want to pay $60 or less look into Straight Talk or Net10.

At&t has limitless txt and 250 minutes for $25, i am not definite about verizon prices but when it was me simply looking a basic mobilephone i would go with verizon caus they've the quality protection, however i have at&t considering the fact that verizons pay as you go Android plans are an excessive amount of

iphone on verizon, 30 for data, 9 for the voice, and 19.99 for your contract. that's all you're going to need to pay.
