Where to buy individual solar cells?

I am looking for raw (un-tabbed) not mounted to a panel, 3x6 or 6x6 solar cells. (to create a custom solar panel) I look on eBay, and find lots of cells, but the max power seems to be about 3.4W per 6x6 cell. can anyone suggest an online, or Canadian retailer that sells higher efficiency cells?

    You can go to spectrolab.com to get multilayer cells, but they will be extremely expensive.
