I am going to create a forum. Whether it is sub domain or custom domain. It must of ad free. And but i want to put advertisement in that forum. Please suggest some website to create forum with full template control

Knowing codes ? OMG no !
I created mine without understand anything about codes at first.
That's a Forumotion forum, you should try this website because you'll be really surprise of all the things you can do with your forum.
Also, Forumotion is totally free ! Unless if you want to remove the ads, you have to pay the option.

To create a forum itself, you'll need to learn to code. Learn Ruby ( http://www.dev-hq.net/ruby/ ), and then Ruby on Rails, and then creating a forum should pretty much be a piece of cake.
Alternatively, if you're looking to create a forum website without creating the forum software itself - look towards things like phpBB and vBulletin and see where you end up. The support guys at both the named places (and other alternatives -- Google is your friend here) should help you out in an instant.
